Like sleeping at Nanna's
Needed a good night's sleep at the midpoint of a long road trip. This was perfect. Main road close to I-85. Popular eateries & stores in and around Ashley Park Mall - somewhat upscale & walkable. This location is beside I-Hop, haven't tried the one beside Texas Roadhouse. Brightly lit, easy to find, safe, w/sufficient parking. Modern and clean. Bed, lounge chair, and shower were great. Free breakfast buffet had customary items but better quality. Staff was kind & professional, especially Lillie, the breakfast host. She gave Nanna or Lunch Lady type vibes. She wore a black hair net and greeted guests when she came out to wipe down or replenish the buffet area. Felt like home away from home! I would recommend and return...

The hotel was in a great location. However, when we walked in our room, it smelled like mildew. Having the air conditioning on a while, made it better. The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable.
