Not happy on reservation
They did not honor the reservation at all!
I chose for “Reserve now, pay later” of course it did got my credit card info but it should have bot charged at all!
I was 3 hours away from the hotel, driving that direction when my card said “transaction decline”….. of course it was going to decline, i had 10 dollars less than the price of the hotel, but that was not the issue, the issue is they charged from my credit card when i was specifically got the option to pay in the hotel!
Once i get to the hotel i told them i have a reservation under my name! They could not find anything! So they checked again, there it was! They said i had canceled the reservation, i got mad, showed the confirmation number then told them i did not wanted to pay earlier, i was going to pay in person! Yet they did nothing! All they said was “you want a room, you have to pay for deposit”!!!!! It was late, i was tired of driving! I just didnt had the strength to keep arguing, paid the damn deposit and got the room i originally reserved for a few dollars more 😡😡😡
Besides that, they said they had free hot breakfast, 9am and i found nothing but coffee and a few cookies! What a joke!
