Pior experiência

Reservamos a estadía durante o feriado de 7 de setembro para Carolina, MA. A cidade estava lotada e quando chegamos para nós hospedar, o quarto estava alugado para outra pessoa. Fiquei na rua sem ter onde ir e não havia mais vagas para se hospedar em outro local devido à quantidade de pessoas que estavam na cidade para o feriado. Súper desorganizado, tenho a confirmação da hospedagem no meu email e vou procurar as medidas cabíveis. Caso você não queira ficar na rua, como no meu caso, jamais se hóspede nesta pousada.
