I liked: nice lake beside, indoor pool, friendly staff, restaurant, entertainment, studio apartment. I didn't like: NO refundation, even when informed the Resort 3 days before check-in, about need to shorten my stay. I considered a longer term stay because of the project I will be working on in that area but I don't consider it anymore. It looks like Diamond Resorts (the owner) took my money and they are not interested at all in giving them back.

First time staying but booked two lodges with family after a trip to ingleton falls. Pleasantly surprised as had all the amenities of home in a beautiful setting. We stayed in and cooked. Outside area had a lot of muck from swans and ducks but that is outweighed by the beautiful lake scenery. Check out time is 10am which was earlier than most hotels and made the morning a bit of a rush however would book again.

Beautiful setup by the lake. We loved the location, you can easily spend couple fo days. Eater sports right in front of you. Nice walks. Close to supermarkets. For pool you need to book in advance though.

Great weekend getaway; lots of indoor entertainment (arcade, gym, spa etc) so you can enjoy the day even if it’s raining; nice spacious room with very well equipped kitchen and lounge with table; outdoor activities are perfect for active people. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable.
Lovely lodge. Parking outside lodge. Friendly staff. Shop for extras is ££. Restaurant looked ok but didnt use it. Free to swim, tho they charge for towels. Good position even behind other lodges we still had lovely views. We used the outdoor decking, lovely and relaxing. Very quiet. Very clean, furniture a bit dated but comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Would recommend.

Pros - easy access, nice location, good activities Cons - staff seemed to be annoyed and miserable as if not happy with their job, cannot unfortunately ignore the racist vibes, was being told off for late checkout despite paying the extra fee and fine. cleanliness was pretty average with spider webs and tired beddings and decor but still popular I guess due to lack of nice lakeside resorts

The property had a beautiful lake and was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful. The spa facilities were nice and there were a lot of water sports and other activities available. Parking was allocated to all guests which was really convenient. The only negative thing was that there wasn’t a daily cleaning service. On the whole I would recommend this property to friends and family as a lovely place to stay.
