This end unit is one of the closest units to the lake, and features many upgrades like a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, blonde wood cabinets and Pergo flooring. Beautiful tree views with a peek of the lake from the deck, gas grill. Tile entry, bedroom with 2 singles, laundry, 1/2 bath, kitchen counter stools, dining table for 4, and sofabed in living room. Gas fireplace and TV/DVD/VHS. Upstairs, lofted bedroom with King bed, TV, and 3/4 bath.

Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.

Carnelian Bay Townhouse
We spent a week at this property and enjoyed it very much. Carnelian Bay is centrally located between Truckee, North Shore and West Shore. This townhouse is so homey and very pleasant with a good amount of light, but still plenty of trees and privacy. So quiet!!! Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms. The upstairs bed was very comfy, but one of the downstairs beds was a little saggy. Other than that, we loved staying here and will consider doing so again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The place was nice with a good quality remodel not too long ago. Location was great - reasonably close to everywhere we want to go, and just a short walk down the hill to kayak rentals, minigolf, and good food at CB's Bistro.

While it is a comfortable unit and has a convenient location, it does suffer from age. Updating twin beds and repairing bathrooms would help. Convenient location and simplicity of access were great.

Great side of the lake!
We loved the west side of the lake, but also easy to get to any side of the beach. This location was convenient…. Pretty quiet, not many food options, but what is close is amazing! The condo was very nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay! The rental company answered questions almost immediately, so they are great too!

We were very happy with our stay in the townhouse. Enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. Was bright corner unit and was very comfortable. Very functional kitchen. Lots of fun games and movies. Easy walk to lakefront as well as community center with hot tub. Easy 20-30 minute drive to Squaw valley. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed, including a pack and play for our toddler to sleep in and a well-stocked kitchen for making meals. Everything was clean and comfortable. We liked that it was tucked away from the bustle of Kings Beach and surrounding areas but that it was close to everything. Added benefit was the mini golf at the end of the street! We would absolutely stay here again! One minor note: there are 2 sets of check-out instructions in the unit - one on a sign in the kitchen and one in the notebook. We weren’t sure which to use, so we suggest the management company discard the incorrect one.

We were delighted when we arrived that the condo is cozy, well appointed (plenty of towels, pillows, laundry detergent, hot cocoa even!). Great instructions on the fireplace that I would not have figured out otherwise. Wonderful selection of videos, books, and family games, nice little are for kids to run around where I could watch them from my seat by the fire.

Nice, spacious condo. Be aware that you need to pick up and drop off keys to the condo about 3 miles west off the condo, although the agency Was nice enough to let us leave the keys in the drop box on the way out.

Just what we needed!
#11 was just what we needed! I brought my own pack-n-play which fit perfect in the downstairs room between the two beds. I discovered the house had a pack-n-play in the hall closet so you don't need to bring your own. The only issue was the master bed mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable. We advised the rental group who will inform the owners. So, just make sure they've added a mattress topper if you like a softer sleep. Perhaps also bring your own pillows as well if you are particular. Overall it was a lovely place to rent.
