Bar area and room clean and comfy for price . Breakfast lovely unfortunately no proper coffee and orange juice wasn’t very nice! But apart from that stay great beer great and Sunday lunch excellent but too much for me these days but tasty 😃

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Pros - it’s a lovely pub, with reasonably priced food, a free car car and conveniently located. The room is clean, with everything you need and the staff seemed lovely. Negatives - as others have said, the bathroom in the room is small (nothing they can do about this), the hotel is located next to a busy road (again, nothing they can do) and the rooms are above a pub, so expect some noise until around 23:00hrs. Although there are negatives. The hotel offers excellent value for money and we would stay again.

It was a beautiful stay, although the bathroom is really small but was manageable, was able to do the online check-in and everything was smooth, the place was quiet and offers lovely breakfast!

I had booked two rooms for one night for a friend and myself who were walking on the Wales Coast Path. The day before our stay, my friend slipped and damaged his knee and had to go home. We notified the Savoy who had already charged for his room. Despite the best efforts of Expedia through whom the room had been booked, the hotel have decided not to give any sort of refund. I feel that as a gesture of goodwill, they might at least of refunded a portion of the charge.

Poor quality meat (8oz Sirloin steak) - over cooked and burnt on edges Room was basic, but dirty, marks on skirting, walls, black mould throughout the bathroom, broken tiles. Live band on till 11:30pm on a tuesday night

Very friendly

Very hospitable. Room was basic but very comfortable. The shower was very small and me being not small I couldn’t use it. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again. But might request a room with larger shower if available.
