Sofa bed was Súper uncomfortable, even that anyone’s of my family couldn’t sleep there, so the 4 of us have to sleep on a queen bed. Breakfast was simple but fine. Cleaning and staff was ok and gentle.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean but there was a lot of freeway noise and the toilet in my room wasn’t functioning the best. Overall the staff had great customer service and would stay here again.

The room had ants all over the walls and surfaces in the bathroom. There was also a lot of damage in the room that was simply covered with duct tape. At one point the fire alarm also randomly went off and I had to get maintenance up to change its batteries. At least with that issue it was solved pretty quickly, but the cleanliness and state of the room wasnt the best.

Overall, the room was decent. The location was good .The was bed was amazing, and it was nice to have breakfast included. The pricing of the room was kinda ehhh for the size.What I really disliked was that there was not one, but two times someone tried coming into the room. I don’t know if there was a misunderstanding about the occupancy of the room, but it happened and it was concerning.

Inside The toilet had a black ring, the bathtub had big black spots, in the 1st room it had a hanging picture that looked very suspicious took the picture down from wall it literally had a hole on the back of the frame with a circle cut out of the picture like there had been a camera on back of the picture, windows do not hold any of the sound from the road,room was very noisy, even when the windows were closed...

Our room smelled moldy and musty. The sheer curtains had mildew on them. The top of the dresser had rings from a cup of coffee or latte. I called down to the front office, and someone immediately cleaned the area. We were offered a different room, but my husband had already unpacked and wouldn't move. I was left with a headache, but after airing out the room with the windows open, it was more bearable. The staff was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The facility is beginning to shows signs of aging.
