First floor located in the Balboa building and inside the gates of the Resort and Spa - No stairs! 1 bedroom, 1 bath; featuring 1 King bed, plus queen sized pull-out sofa, and pack 'n play crib (plus optional inflatable toddler bed, too!)I Freshly remodeled throughout with large patio, and close proximity to beaches, shopping, dining, golf, tennis/pickleball and everything the Resort lifestyle has to offer!
