Excellent location, very family friendly, clean property, beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and soft. Only complaint would be the noise from the traffic and the train that would come through, not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Our room had wallpaper peeling off, lights that did not work, and the toilet seat was loose. My wife used the restroom in the middle of the night and fell off the toilet because the seat moved drastically when she sat on it.

Used the refrigerator to chill a couple of beverages. Used the iron to iron my cotton shirt that had wrinkled in my luggage. Used the blow dryer to help control my frizzy hair caused by the humidity from the rainy weekend. We were able to borrow a couple of large umbrellas from the front desk to use during the rainy weekend.

This place is awesome! The room was spacious and super clean and the service was wonderful! Our view was over the center on the 3rd floor, overlooking the fire pit area, but you could see both the pool and Jacuzzi area. Was a little noisy when the family and kids were out playing, but when the door was closed was insulated well. (which is a drawback, cus you want to have the fresh air coming in). Overall, we would definitely stay here again! So close to everything!

The location is perfect! Access to the beach directly behind the property. Beach views from the courtyard where you can lounge and watch the sunset. Within walking distance to everything from excellent dining, shopping and sports bars. Permit only parking is easy and located under property with elevator access. The pool area is small with limited lounge chairs. It's usually crowded with screaming kids. The rooms were clean, but have an strong mildew smell. There were suspicious stains on the walls of the bathroom and the carpet that could've used a good scrubbing. It was also the same 7 years ago when we stayed here last. Definitely overdue for renovating. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely be back because you can't beat the location and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The king size room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was in great condition with the shower, water temp and pressure solid. The only downfall was the musty odor in the room. I think it was coming from the air conditioner. Other than that I would reccomend this hotel .

I prepaid my room with Expedia, checked in, and gave the credit card for the regular hold for room incidentals. Then, I worked up the next morning with an additional room charge from the hotel. I went to the front desk, and they said, “ Oops, it’s an error by the manager.”
