Les Préaux is a large house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its 4 suites (bedroom with adjoining shower room and toilet) offer exceptional comfort. The living room - living room and open kitchen -60m²- contribute to the warm atmosphere of the cottage.
Only a few decorative elements recall the old school .... but the swimming pool, the billiard room and the large outdoor spaces put everyone at ease!
The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round. Dimensions: 3m x 6m, with a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m. You access it from the airlock with shower, secure access.

For your leisure: 10 minutes away, the Colmont leisure center (high-altitude course, swin golf, water walks, cycling ...). Near Carelle, the Renaudies botanical garden, with ecomuseum, corn maze, many azaleas and hydrangeas, open from April to November 1st.
Shops: grocery store, bread depot and restaurant in Carelle.
Carelle is located in the Mayenne bocage, the countryside is hilly, with an alternation of crops and woods. You are at the gateway to Brittany, 30 minutes from Fougères. The cottage is on 2 levels. LEVEL 0: kitchen/living room 60m² - 1 bedroom 20m², 1 bed 140, shower room and toilet - Laundry room 19m² - Indoor pool area 50m². Ground floor and surroundings fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
LEVEL 1: relaxation area with billiards 25m² - 1 bedroom 32m² with 4 beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom 27m² with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 - 1 bedroom 24m² with 1 bed 140, 1 baby bed with bars and changing table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet.
Tumble dryer. Baby equipment available in the cottage (2 beds, high chair, changing mat).
North terrace with view of the countryside, and south terrace with view of the village. Private parking and courtyards. 1,000 m² of land, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and children's games.
