The hotel and room were incredible! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only surprise was learning the thermal spa was closed for the week, which I was not aware of when I booked (and was a consideration for booking). Nevertheless, a wonderful experience!
I turned up and there was no room to stay in. I had to go to the indigo across the town centre. I was told I would be contacted to apologise / review. I have still heard nothing. Shocking service!!
Hotel room fine and reception staff gave me slightly earlier check in.
Bar staff and security were absolutely appalling! We had a wedding party with everyone having a booked room for 1, 2 or 3 nights stay. Security told us we were not allowed to use the hotel bar and wanted us to leave, they caused stress and upset to the bride and groom and other members of family. After 1+ hour of being told we had to leave and being spoken to like dirt with no explanation as to why, after speaking to hotel manager we were allowed to stay all the while getting hostile attitude from security at the hotel. Would never stay here again based on this experience.
Incorrect/incomplete info prior to booking. Poor customer service. Cold food at breakfast both mornings !
Wouldn’t stay there again, there are better choices and at a cheaper price!
