A lovely warm welcome and a hotel in a great location. Good sized room, with a very comfortable bed a great shower. Very close to main shopping area with restaurants and entertainment.

Great location in centre of Cardiff. Cardiff centre is lovely and full of independent shops as well as the usual national chains. Great selection of restaurant’s and nightlife too. Unfortunately our room left a lot to be desired. The bedside lights didn’t work, the bathroom tap spewed water everywhere and the shower head didn’t stay at the correct height. Despite reporting these issues to receptionist nothing was rectified or acknowledged on checkout.

This hotel, as other reviewers have noted, does need some refurbishment. Carpets worn and woodwork chipped and scratched. Parking is tight and expensive. Front desk was fine as was breakfast.
