Was perfect for my one night stay. Reception was very friendly, shower was nice hot, great water pressure. Slept great and was really quiet overnight. If you struggle with stairs, maybe not for you, or request a lower floor, but otherwise perfect for short stay in Cardiff. Couldn't believe how much was on doorstep, stadiums and arena one direction, castle in the other, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very short walk from train station too. If I was seeinf another event at the nearby arena I would stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel very well situated near to the Principality Stadium. As we were in the front there was some noise from the bars in the street outside but it didn’t take us long to get to sleep! Lovely breakfast and catered for gluten free

Perfect for our needs . Clean comfortable and very friendly The carparking however was more expensive than told and in spite of paying hotel 5 pounds we were charged full price . This was disappointing

All staff were so lovely and welcoming during my stay. I really liked that the property operates a system where everytime you leave, you drop off your room key to avoid losing it out and about and recollect on return. 24/7 reception great for people on the go and nightlife. Would stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

There was no lift and very steep stairs up to the reception and rooms .The staff were pleasant but the hotel itself is in a run down state and the room was stuffy and smelt musty and there was no air conditioning. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The carpet was grubby and the whole place needs a complete refurbishment. We were booked in for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night and moved to another hotel.

This hotel is central to the fun in Cardiff. The city celebrated summer and football and we were still able to sleep. So many food, bar, and sightseeing is within walking distance. A cab stand is beside the hotel so we had no trouble getting a ride when necessary. The friendliness of the owners and staff made the stay special.
