Cardiff is one of the most stylish and sought-after West Coast beach communities in California. Treat yourself to the sunset views, light a fire in the fireplace, and cozy up to watch a movie, enjoy a happy hour libation, or play a board game with your family. You can also challenge your family or friends to a game of cornhole in the private front yard while others relax next to the firepit and help keep score!

Every detail to make your stay complete has been made. It boasts a professionally designed interior, charming beach décor, style, and function, as well as being homey and comfortable. Come stop, rest, relax, and recharge, it’s an incredible vacation rental for couples or a family. This single-level home has incredible ocean views throughout the living room and kitchen, original small plank hardwood floors throughout, great indoor and outdoor living, a west-facing deck, a 46” TV, a window AC unit, and a wall heater, as well as lovely fixtures and furnishings.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. Deposit forfeitures and or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
There is no elevator so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. There are a total of 14 stairs to access from the street to the front door, and 3 stairs to access the kitchen door from the driveway.
This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a security deposit. DRE: 02160171.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
