The owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all new furniture, TV's, paint and more. The spacious primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat panel TV and full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away along with bbq and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2005 and 2008 which can accommodate up to six additional guests each.

Grabbing a quick buck
While the property itself was quite nice and clean, my issue concerns the fact that I wasn't notified that the property, in and of itself, was the only thing in the area open for business (including the very resort the property is located on). I feel like this information was intentionally withheld. Once I became aware of this fact, I had a conversation with management prior to departing for the property. Management opted to offer no mitigation or resolution to my concerns, whatsoever. They were rude and unempathetic. Beyond this, it was very nice to have TVs in all of the bedrooms and living room, but it would have been nicer if they functioned. The local condo community pool was technically open but obviously under construction. I just feel like they property owner was trying to turn a quick buck and witheld very pertinent information.

No internet or TV access
There was no available internet or TV. We were forced to go to a restaurant to watch the football game instead of staying at the condo like our initial plan. We spent much more than we anticipated by not being able to eat and watch football at the condo. There was no response from a real person for trouble shooting the issue. Instead we received repeated AI messages. Internet and TV access needs to be removed as an amenity for this listing.

Perfect!
We loved our place! It was clean, decorated nicely, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! The beach was gorgeous, quiet and not crowded. The management promptly took care of any issues we had during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
