The Space:
This two-story 3 bdr, 2 btr, renovated beach home with amazing views will attract all families alike. Nicely decorated, and characteristic home with 2 queen beds in both bedrooms and 1 bedroom support a comfortable double single bunk bed.
The master bedroom with private ensuite, also allows quick access to the downstairs patio with a hammock and a large seating area.
The main entrance has a second living room, with a fireplace that goes up to the first floor. On the opposite side, there is a separate bathroom with a luxurious shower and fluffy bath towels. The #2 bedroom is located in the back corridor next to the staircase, which supports a double bunk bed with single mattresses.
For the wetter days, there is also an outside undercover area, behind the garage, which also grants access to a large laundry area, with a washer and dryer, and a separate toilet and sink next to it.
Upstairs you will find a large open living room, dining, and bedroom #3, which has a large queen size bed. The living room has a separate Split system for heating and cooling.
The kitchen provides all the basic cooking supplies and is an absolute pleasure to cook any meals with a view like that.
The large french window doors, open up the balcony with a gas bbq, for those summer evenings.
The area is very peaceful and quiet and the walking tracks at Cape Woolamai won't disappoint.
The backyard is fully enclosed and even has a small fire pit to gather around for the colder nights.
Access to the property is solely available through Lockbox access, which will be provided 2 days before check In.

Other Things to Note:
Cape Woolamai does have local coffee shops, cafes, dining establishments as well as locally run supermarkets and nearby bottle shops.
But the true reason for traveling and staying at this part of the island is the amazing nature reserve and walking paths.
The main town of San Remo is only a 5 min drive away, and the main town of Cowes is only 12 minutes by car.
