Location, Staff, and cleanliness was spectacular. The Rusty Nail Bar and Grill had great food and nice selection. It was nice hanging out buy the fire pit and listening to the live music.

this was a really beautiful place to stay. youre right by the water, the restaurant next door is a local favorite where they have live music every night, and theres so much to do all within walking distance. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the only thing that wasnt great for us was the room. for the most part, it was great. really cozy vibes, very clean, and overall just a nice place. however, the bathroom was kinda cramped. i dont think ive ever seen a smaller toilet in my life, and for some reason the shower doesnt have a door? like its a walk-in shower with a panel of glass but then its just open? we had never seen that so it was odd for us lol. and the couch in the living space was a solid brick. but truly those things pale in comparison to the awesome experience we had. id love to go back

Our room was clean and ready early. We loved the double bunks for our kids. The hotel is in a great spot-we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beach chair and umbrella service was great too.

Really unhappy that we were charged for Beach umbrellas/lounges - according to website only the cabanas have a surcharge. Lots of expectations to tip staff over and above the high "resort fee" - more of a motel than a resort.

The place is clean and the renovations are very nice. The parking needs some improvement. I get the idea of valet but hard to find a worker. Also… very disappointed as i reserved a patio room. When i got there i had been moved to second floor. They told me there was a maintenance issue… however there was someone in all the rooms. My daughter and i were looking forward to game night on the patio. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of staying here and Congress hall so a call ahead would have been appreciated if you over booked those rooms

Service was amazing. They text you the day of your reservation and offer free beach tags and beach service (chairs, umbrella setup, etc) before check -in. Our room was also ready a little before check -in. Room was clean and spacious. Doors were a bit sticky but I think this is common in beach homes/hotels. Pool was clean. Grounds were beautifully kept. I would easily stay again.
