Everything was exactly as shown online. Great communication by owner Tom. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool, hot tub, outside sitting area, grilling, 2 refrigerators, butler area, kayaks, comfortable beds, air conditioning, you name it we used it all. We plan to be back!!

Beautiful Home on saltwater canal
We loved our stay at this property the house was beautiful. The kids thouroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as fishing off the dock in your own backyard! The owner had a fishing pole and a little gear we could use. The house also came with beach chairs and two bikes. The beds were comfortable and offered plenty of pillows and blankets. It made for a great trip! My only critque would be there wasnt availabilty to cleaning supplies or extra toiletries which wasnt a big deal but would have been convenient. We also purchased a cooler and left it at the house for the next guests beach adventures!

The house is wonderful. It is in immaculate condition. We were a family of 6 adults and the house was perfectly set up for us although for 8 people some aspects such as sunbeds would be a squeeze. The house is situated in a very quiet area and for the 5 days we were there we hardly saw another person. The downside of this is that restaurants were always a short drive away. The use of the kyaks was great, and paddling around the canals and checking out some of the other amazing properties was fun. One thing that could be improved is the amount of cutlery and crockery. Fine for one sitting for dinner but needed to be washed up before using again because there wasn't enough for multiple meals. Altogher I would absolutely recommend this property for a weeks stay.

Perfect in every way!
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Tom the property manager and a bottle of wine! The home is absolutely stunning! VERY clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The pool/hot tub and outside sitting area were so relaxing with plenty of seating. Large outdoor TV as well. There were 4 lounge chairs to lay out on and get some sun. The outdoor table is perfect to enjoy a meal you have grilled in the large outdoor kitchen. The pool was very clean and heated to the perfect temperature. You had the option to take a bike ride or go for adventure on a kayak, both which are provided for you. The options for restaurants in the area were endless. Tom was quick to respond with any question that we had. Above all this was the best trip to Cape Coral we have had! We are already looking forward to the trip back next year and will be booking this house again! Thank you for having us!

The Odyssey is a Private Oasis

Just perfect!
We enjoyed and loved every second! Very modern and classy. This was our 4th time coming to Cape coral villas and usually kids wanted to go home early but this time they wanted to stay. Host was amazing and great communication. Easy check in and out . Very close to restaurants, stores and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend and we are already planning to go back maybe for winter time. Also few friends took info about this amazing i can say Home. Thanks Tom!!! We loved it .

This property was amazing, the pictures provided matched on every aspect. My blended family came to see our son that moved in janurary. This property comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Our host Tom was wonderful, he quickly responded to all questions we had and offered to come show us a couple things that we were unsure of.From the canal with kayaks ,the bikes ,to the pool and amazing jacuzzi Toms home was exactly what i was looking for. The location was great and so were all the neighbors and their fur babies

Quiet & Private Resort-like Oasis
The home is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We wanted a quiet, private and peaceful getaway to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. In fact, we loved it so much we never left the house the entire week. Tom is a fantastic host. He thought of every detail down to a chilled bottle of wine on our arrival. Please don’t sell this property so we can come again!

Odyssey is a beautiful home
We have traveled to Cape Coral for years, always searching for the perfect house for 7 of us! This one came close. It was super clean and spacious. The pool area was nice, the outdoor TV was an added bonus (especially for Masters Week)! We really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel. The kitchen was amazing with double islands and new appliances. I would warn that there was very limited bath towels/washcloths. For a house that sleeps 8, there were no extras. We were doing many loads of laundry on our vacation. We were in need of an iron and the owners brought it the next day!
