Enjoy a well-deserved vacation in this cozy apartment for 4 people in the heart of Cala Rajada. It features impressive sea views and access to the community pool.
When you return from the beach, you can enjoy the wonderful communal swimming pool that faces the sea and is perfect for cooling off or relaxing on one of the sun loungers. The pool is chlorinated, measures 12 x 5 metres and has a depth of between 1.20 and 2.80 metres. On the terrace of the flat you and your companions can enjoy the spectacular sea views while enjoying your favourite meals.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building with lift, and offers a cosy style with all the necessary elements of comfort for your stay. The living-dining room is equipped with AC and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest you will find 2 bedrooms with AC, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bathroom of the flat has 1 shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. The property is prepared for all the months of the year.

The flat is located in a perfect area to enjoy your holidays, with all the necessary services such as shops, bars and restaurants at hand, the bus stop just 600 metres away and a small cove just a few metres away. There are other beaches nearby where you can continue to enjoy the sea such as Cala Moll or Cala s'Àguila. The nearest golf course is 7 km away.

The swimming pool is open all year round. Its opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00h and on Sundays from 9:00 to 20:00h.

Wunderschöner Blick, aber Gerüche und hellhörig
Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Apartments A in der 2. Etage. Besuch im Winter. Das Apartment lebt von seinem Balkon und dem hervorragenden Blick direkt aufs Meer. Die Räume sind sonnendurchflutet. Die wichtigsten Utensilien sind vor Ort (Geschirr-Waschmittel, Gewürze etc.). Wlan funktionierte gut. Alle Küchengeräte liefen einwandfrei. Gelegentlich Stromausfälle. Hier hilft das Ausschalten und Wiedereinschalten des Hauptschalters neben der Eingangstür. Insgesamt hat das Apartment eher den Flair einer gehobenen Studentenbude, das Sofa ist ausgesessen, die Stühle sind okay. Wie die meisten Apartments direkt am Meer legt sich Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen ab, es gab kleine Stockflecken im großen Schlafzimmer und über der Eingangstür. Im großen Schlafzimmer und im Bad gibt es auch einen muffigen Geruch, der bei starkem Wind zunimmt. Deshalb haben wir das kleinere Zimmer mit dem Doppelstock-Bett genutzt. Matratzen waren okay. Im Winter stellt der Vermieter einen Ölradiator und einen kleinen Lüfter zum Heizen zur Verfügung, damit kann man das Apartment gut aufwärmen. Der Balkon hat keine Markise, was für uns kein Problem war, weil wir im Winter zu Besuch waren; im Sommer, könnte das sehr warm werden. Wir bekamen während unseres Aufenthalts einmal Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns. Obwohl die Familie normal laut gesprochen hat, hörten wir jedes Wort. Das ließ erahnen, wie laut das im Sommer wird, wenn Leben im Haus ist.

Sehr schönes Appartment
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten und ein unschlagbarer Blick auf das mare nostrum. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Immer gerne wieder.
