This 1930s farmhouse sits on 2 acres just minutes from the Ohio River. It is the perfect place for those looking to slow down and enjoy the much simpler life in a rural area. The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and a laundry room. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. It also has a large rear deck, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand overlooking the grounds.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Reunion weekend staying with another couple
The Farmhouse was perfect for our needs. It was clean, roomy and it had very comfortable furniture. The decor was soft colors and coordinated throughout the house which added to the peaceful vibe. It was during a couple of very hot days. The air conditioning had no trouble keeping us comfortable. The porches were wonderful for morning coffee and visiting. Overall, we had a delightful stay.
