Good hotel if you are not looking for a next to the beach hotel (my trip was a business trip). The food in the hotel restaurant is good, and its easy to drive to Cancun / Playa del Carmen. The rooms are nice and in very good condition -the design of the bathroom is terrible, but its clean and brand new-. The staff in the night shift is rude, unpolite and lacks the sense of service and responsability. I came around midnight and the parking agte was closed. I parked my car in the motor lobby then and I was threaten the will call for a tow! even thought it was their responsibility to have the parking open / or ready to be opened. One of the guys challenged me to a fight :-D

The hotel is great, but my experience was ruined when the shower foor malfunctioned and i was locked inside for over 30 minutes with no way to exit. Security had to come and pry the door open for me around midnight. 4 hours later at 430 am. The smoke alarm was going off and we hav to wake up and evacuate the room only to find out there was no emergency issue.

Doesn’t offer airport transfers
Don’t stay here if you want a shuttle to the airport. They take only 7 people on the hour and will not pick you up from the airport. When you question the false advertisement offering a free shuttle they laugh at you. The manager also will laugh at you. If you stay here a taxi is 40usd to the airport which is only 5minutes away. Avoid this place!!

The front staff was super nice and helpful. Got upgraded to a jr suite. The location was very convenient, and things to do walkable distance to the hotel. Very clean and nice. Will book again when I travel back to Cancun.

No water. Unfortunately there was no water to shower. We only stayed for a few hours waiting for a connecting flight, and we couldnt shower as they were doing maintenance on the system. Or so we were told. Having an airport shuttle is very convenient. However, they only offer the service on certain hours and the airport taxi service is very expensive. The property is new, rooms are comfortable and there is a new outlet next to the property.
