Our stay was amazing. The location, the food, the entertainment!! EVERYTHING was amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. Your staff is clearly the best! Oswaldo and el Abuelito from the Mediterranean restaurant, Oswaldo and Gilberto from the Le Lys restaurant and ALL the staff from the Aglio restaurant are amazing! Thank you all!

We met a few wonderful and pleasant staff we would definitely recommend for you to ask for Berlin as your waiter in the Italian restaurant he is sometimes at the Oshii restaurant he was such an amazing host. Everyone was friendly except the girls at the coco cafe the 4 day we where there every time had an attitude! Food was okay could do better

The property was clean, new, and the all inclusive food and drinks made it good value for money. We enjoyed the pools, the entertainment team, the beach club, and our room was great! All the staff were really lovely, particularly the bar and restaurant staff members! However, there was still a lot of work going on so was slightly noisy, the food portions were quite small and certain dishes lacked a bit of flavour, except for the Italian and Japanese restaurants which were lovely! We also found it strange that the pool bars shut at 5pm, which is really early considering the pools didn’t shut until 8pm and the sun is still out until at least 7pm. We also did not receive our silver benefit perks and when asking about them the staff were not aware and it took a few days to get it sorted. Overall, we had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Vivid, and we think once all the work is sorted it will be an amazing place to stay!

This Hotel/resort I highly recommend! The accommodations were amazing, the restaurants options was good, I love the views, the pools was really nice and the staff are very attentive. This was our first time staying in an all inclusive resort. We highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and went out their way to be helpful and accommodating. The restaurants were amazing! Food was great and several options. The place smelled amazing; the theme was wellness and had spa options of facials and massage which we did and had great experience. They offered activities during the day and enjoyed those as well. The only recommendation for hotel staff is to let people know there is a taxi service that can be used to visit various sites in the city. We didn’t know that until a couple days into our stay. We travelled with our 22 yr old daughter and my husband. We stayed for 4 nights.

This hotel is very nice. I can see the potential and its growth in the future. Our first night, there was no hot water in the shower, but that was solved quickly. The pools were great, loved the rooftop pool. Wish they had more of a selection at breakfast in the buffet. Also, I hope they decide to keep the buffet open for lunch and dinner as well in the future. The restaurants they had on site were okay. I tried all except for the French one. Aglio was our favorite. Food truck tacos was the best. The waiters Eduardo, & Carlos, and entertainment crew member Neph were very welcoming and friendly. The other side of the hotel was still under construction, so there were mornings you would hear workers working but it wasn’t much of a disturbance. In all, I’d return for another vacation.

We recently spent 10 days at the Grand Hyatt Vivid Island, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s security measures made us feel completely safe, ensuring that only guests were allowed entry. This attention to safety gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing drink, and a staff member gave us a tour of the hotel’s impressive amenities. The food and drinks were of exceptional quality—far surpassing what we’ve encountered at other all-inclusive resorts. Every cocktail and dish was crafted with meticulous attention to detail, making dining a true delight. The rooftop bar was one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. DJ Andres set the perfect mood every evening, making our afternoons even more enjoyable with his fantastic music. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. We were fortunate to meet some amazing people who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Special thanks to Eduardo, Alberto, William, Hamed, Jesus, Marcia, Monserrat, Rodrigo, Luis, Quetzal, Carlos, JLo, Neftali, and Alan for their outstanding service. Their warm hospitality made our stay 100 times better. One small suggestion would be to add a fan or air conditioning at the snack bar, which is a fantastic hangout spot but can get quite warm. The property is in great condition being new and staff is super friends and helpful. Restaurants alternate days open and buffet closes early. Would be nice to have more options available. Need a few more activities for early in the week. Our stay was early in the week and the activities repeated daily but looked like additional were added for end of the week, after we had left. Very relaxing stay which is what we were looking for.
