Excellent staff, specifically “George” the Bell Boy. Easy and quick check-in. Dinner was great but breakfast was mediocre - Room was clean, comfortable and is perfect for a lay over / overnight stay for an early check/in at the airport. Free shuttle provided to airport terminal but also walkable from the Cancun Airport. Overall, great place. This would have been a 10 if the breakfast was better.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay here. I had some concerns based on some reviews I’d read but we were pleasantly surprised and surprised t was all much nicer and better than expected. Lovely staff, cool clean pool and helpful free shuttle and staff everywhere. Food a bit pricey and slow but overall an excellent stay and I’d recommend it.

My wife and I were only in Cancun for one night. Less than 24 hours for a quick layover as we flew to south America. I booked this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport. After taking the free shuttle service the driver demanded a tip. We apologized because we had no money. He became immediately hostile and belligerent. He informed us we are no longer allowed to take the free shuttle service. We now must take a taxi. Then he was so mad he tried to drive away in anger. He almost caused a massive traffic accident and hit a car full of people. The whole thing was way over the top and embarrassing.

It was what we wanted because we had an early flight the next morning and concerned about the traffic getting to the airport from the south and so this was a peace of mind stay and it was very convenient to get to the location where we needed to in the airport convenient

Staff was attentive. Bed was hard. Room wasn't fully prepared for our arrival, we had to request the second towel as there was two of us but only one towel. There was also no coffee but was brought to our room upon request. Facilities were clean and neat. Shuttle service is great!
