The staff is very sweet and welcoming. I didn’t like that seating by the pool/beach is very limited. We’re thankful to have had a room by the kids pool because we didn’t have to worry about finding a vacant spot to put our stuff down.

During our stay, we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of all services, particularly the exceptional front desk staff. Kiko, the porter, stood out with his remarkable attention to detail and genuine kindness. Isaura and Manica at the spa deserve special recognition for their dedication and expertise. Additionally, the Italian restaurant delighted us with its exquisite and delectable menu. Without reservation, I highly recommend this hotel. This is my second year staying and last year staff was more friendly than this year,also was not different activities at night,was the same every day Karaoke. Towels and sheets had a funky smell Other than that I like everything else

Had a great time, food was amazing, entertainment team was a lot of fun, evening shows were very professionally done. Staff was very courteous. Swimming pool a little too small for the amount of people ,if you are hoping for some peace and quiet at the pool early in the morning is your best chance otherwise it was kind of hectic. Mostly renovated but a few rough spots, nothing major and nothing that would spoil your beautiful experience.
