Modern 1br split-level apartment

Come and stay at Curtin in this modern 1 bedroom apartment. North-facing with a beautifully sunny outlook, there are many things to love about this place!

This apartment is located in the heart of Curtin. Not only will you be located just close to the Yarra Glen road (the main road that links Woden and the City), but delicious cafes and restaurants are just across the road in Curtin's central precinct, along with a Coles supermarket, local pub and a bakery.

Set on two levels, with the bedroom and ensuite located upstairs, the bedroom features a super comfy Queen-sized bed (medium feel pocket-sprung mattress). The enuite has shower, toilet and vanity.

On the downstairs level is the open plan kitchen/dining/living room space. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Also on the lower level is a separate toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The apartment has ducted heating and cooling - though it stays comfortable without it even in the colder months, thanks to its double-glazing and northerly sun.

PARKING
There is one dedicated car space underground in the building.

Guests will have full exclusive use of the apartment and car space.

Curtin is located in the northern part of Woden and is a lovely, family-friendly neighbourhood. Through the mornings, the local cafes are bustling and in the evening check out one of the local eateries.

The apartment is:
- 6 km approximately from Canberra city
- 4 km approximately from parliament
- 3 km approximately from Woden Town Centre
- A stone's throw from the Curtin shops, cafes, restaurants, Coles and churches
- Just a short stroll to children's play areas.

There is a bus stop just by the Curtin shops.

Guests arriving by car can have easy access to central parts of Canberra, as well as use of the underground parking space.

- Currently wi-fi is not installed. Please come ready to hotspot from your phone.

- This apartment is on the 1st Floor. Stairs only (no lift). From Ground Floor, there is one set of stairs up to the apartment. There is another set of stairs within the apartment to reach the bedroom and ensuite. Also from the underground parking to Ground Floor is one flight of stairs.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Great apartment and location, quite complex with good facilities. Check process was simple and details came through on time. What let it down was some areas not cleaned that well. No laundry detergent, couple of kitchen appliances with missing parts and not cleaned.

Good location and accommodation but missing little things
The property is, as described, in a convenient location close to Curtin Village (Coles and excellent Redbrick Coffee and Two Blind Mice cafe. Access via lock box and secure parking was good. Heating worked very well. I hadn't checked the amenties closely so was quite surprised there was no wifi and no facility to make real coffee (no pods or plunger etc.). Just two towels and two mediocre pillows, so we felt it was delivering more minimal than generous. Heavy handed warning instructions about losing the key. So it was good, but could have been better.

Enjoyed the comfort and location the apartment offered. Hotel, Cole’s and eatery just across the road. Unit was self sufficient, secure and peaceful all necessary ingredients after a busy day in Canberra.
