The man that checked us in was fantastic and so was the restaurant's server. The room was nice althought you could smell cigarette smoke coming from the next rooms balcony. We for went the cleaning service as they were offering a discount off their restaurant meals but when we asked about it, the lady at reception was not very pleasant.

We were overcharged and it took over 30 mins and three print outs of the bill to get it corrected. The usual " we will pass on your feedback" is not a proper response an issue. At least they could try and look like they are interested and will help with the problem.

Room was spacious, super clean and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Location convenient, just far enough out of civic to be peaceful, but only a short walk or 2 stops on the light rail if you want to go out for a bite to eat.
