No smoking is allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are 10 p,-8am. Unregistered guests will be charged. Garbages need to be put in the bins outside by the parking garage at end of stay. If building key is lost you will be charged a fee, the apartment has Keyless Entry. Minimum 4 night stay required.
