HOUSE-VILLA CA l'AVET, FONT-RUBÍ - CAMPRODON (GIRONA)

LOCATION:

Camprodon is a population of 2.359 inhabitants (in 2.014) of the catalan Pyrenees of Girona, in the comarca of Ripollès, located at 947 metres above sea level, near the border with France.

Its economy is based on agriculture and livestock, but over time it has beentaking important tourism -started more than one century ago by the classesbienestantes of Barcelona-, especially on holidays and weekends, but not reach an overcrowding that deteriorate the atmosphere and living in a small mountain town. Features surrounding the Vallter 2.000 ski station.

THE HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

Ca l'Avet is a magnificent design house of 302 m2, built in stone with beautiful wooden ceiling, composed of two floors and attached garage with facilities of boiler of propane channeled for heating and hot water with accumulator tank.

Located in a double flat plot (1,607 m2), is oriented to the South and is sunnyand and bright. Enjoy sweeping views and the microclimate of Font Rubí (in winter the temperatures are 3-4°C milder than Camprodon).

The garden is divided into two areas, one on each side of the house. The reserve provides an atmosphere of intimacy and relax that allows you to enjoy the most of coexistence, both in the porch of the barbecue, as in the corner sofa.

The house is very harmonious and welcoming and is ideal to enjoy in group, with family or friends. It is very wide and all dependencies and rooms are spacious.Stay in it is very rewarding and facilitates the relaxation and well-being.

On the ground floor is the recibidor-entrada, which gives way to the dining roomand the seating area, games room attached to them. The dining room is accessedthe kitchen through a transition zone where there is a utility room, the toilet andthe laundry room and ironing. There is also a suite with full bathroom withbathtub, direct access from the lobby.

The first floor consists of three spacious suites, one of them, the master suite,it has an annex office,dressing room, fireplace and bathroom with tub andseparate shower. There are also other two suites, one of them the child with twinbeds and an annex Loft for children games. All rooms of the House havebathroom with bathtub.

THE AREA FEATURES:

Ca l'Avet is located in a quiet area of the estate. Font Rubí has beautifulswimming pools and children's entertainment park with minigolf.

In the surroundings you can practice golf, tennis, squash, paddle and horseback riding, as well as hiking, biking and mountain and ski sports and visit a naturalpark of native animals, as well as all the activities of the tourism and the pleasuresof the restoration.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy recreational amenities, which include ski-in/ski-out access. Additional amenities at this cottage include an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

Excelente
Casa muy acogedora y muy espaciosa. Equipación completísima. Cada habitación cuenta con su cuarto de baño individual. Vistas desde la sala espectaculares. Gran jardin, con comedor exterior y barbacoa. Los anfitriones, personas excelentes y las instrucciones muy precisas y detalladas. La estancia se nos hizo corta. Espacio suficiente para acoger 5 vehículos. Camprodon (a 3 km.) población muy, pero muy bonita y con todos los servicios necesarios. Esperamos poder repetir en un futuro próximo.
