Hotel muito bom mas que precisa de melhorias.

Hotel muito bom no geral. Pontos positivos da minha estadia: 1) Proximidade da rodoviária e basílicas 2) Excelente café da manhã para o padrão do hotel. 3) Quartos reformados com ar condicionado. 4) Tv, apesar de pequena, com bom sinal de satélite. 5) Check in rápido e possui elevador. Pontos negativos: 1) Quarto bem pequeno, sem escrivaninhas para colocar objetos a noite. Tem um móvel em que seria possível pendurar roupas mas não tem cabides. 2) Paredes do quarto de dry wall que permite ouvir qualquer barulho externo. 3) Banheiro não possui box ou cortina e na hora do banho fica todo molhado. 4) No quarto que fiquei, 102, a porta do banheiro não fechava porque não tinha nem maçaneta ou trinco.5) Ficamos duas noites no hotel e não foi feita a limpeza do quarto.

Banheiro sem box ou cortina, tv só com imagem (,pedimos ajuda p/recepção que não sabia como ajudar). Quarto muito pequeno, colchão bom, mas travesseiros sem condições de uso (todo embolado - usamos as almofadas. Uma tomada no quarto e outra no banheiro que não aceitavam os cabos dos celulares Café da manhã muito bom. A estadia só valeu por isso)

tivemos um grande desconforto na hora de colocar o carro na garagem, o porteiro nos informou que deveríamos deixar o carro na rua, pois estavam chegando hóspedes os quais deveriam ter privilégio na vaga, não entendi este filtro mas tudo bem, depois de implorar a vaga acabei conseguindo.

O que mais desagradou foi o local do café da manhã, pois ele tem uma parte 100% aberta e fica sujeita ao tempo. Estava muito frio na hospedagem, 8°C e não havia aquecedores próximos as mesas, o que dificulta comer sentindo frio
