Instalações mal cuidadas. Na entrada as vagas com corrente exigindo que o cliente deixe o carro sobre a calçadas já que a avenida não é permitido estacionar. Desce do carro vai na recepção é atendido e precisa dar a volta no quarteirão para colocar o carro na garagem. Se o portão da garagem estiver aberto, sorte a sua. Não há câmera. Precisei ligar para a recepção, em um dos retornos ao hotel, para pedir a abertura do portão. Sombrio, pouca iluminação, atendimento frio, falta cordialidade, não fui informado da disponibilidade de água na recepção, frigo bar vazio. Encontrei com funcionários que não se deram ao trabalho de dizer bom dia...NÃO RECOMENDO.

Simples mas dá conta do recado.
Para o preço do hotel foi tudo q esperava. Bom atendimento,quarto,café da manhã,localizacão. Não espere luxo mas o adequado ao preço cobrado. Já viajei muito por esse Brasil e já fiquei em lugares medonhos e caríssimos e esse com certeza não é. Ficaria de novo nele. Não seja exigente com um hotel de R$125,00 a diária mas com um de R$500,00. Vá sem medo!
