The property is accessed from a large porticoed terrace of 40 m2 and open thanks to arches towards the garden, to the living area consisting of a large living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you will have access to the mezzanine where you will find a double bed. Master double bedroom. On the same floor, a double bedroom with bunk beds (the mezzanine of this bedroom is not accessible to customers). Bathroom with shower cubicle.

- pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
