The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but rooms are small, service was poor and it was expensive to taxi from airport to Hotel due to location. Not a good place to stay in order to catch a flight.

It costs a fortune to get there by taxi. Room was very small. No bottled water in the frigobar or in the room A real nightmare. I paid on arrival and new I had not used anything in the room - there was nothing there. On the way out to my taxi and the manager challenged me and made me come back in to the front desk. Bye bye Rio Hotel

Estadia péssima,desconfortavel pelo fato de ja chegarmos para descansar e desfrutar da estruta do hotel,ficamos impressionados como estava o ambiente da piscina, muito suja , nao so do fato de ter folhas dentro por conta do vento que tinha , mas no fundo dela parecia que nao limpava a semana , as laterais da pisicina estavam pretas , nojentas . Como nao podiam ter acesso a piscina pela sujeira , ficamos sentados no espaço que tinha , fomos pedir uma porção de batata fritas e pela surpresa , nao havia nenhuma opção de petiscos para pedir , sendo que havia cardapio e um bar ao lado da piscina, ficamos sem entender , e tivemos que pedir ifood , sendo que eles só tinham opção de buffet a noite , mas como tem diversas opções no cardápio e entregaram para nós o cardápio, quando fomos pedir falaram que nao tinha nada! Sentados ficamos na mesa ao lado da piscina, ja estaga escuro, ninguem acendeu as luzes , fomos ate a recepção solicitar, falaram que iriam acendar , ficamos mais uns 15min aguardando no escuro, depois fomos novamente solicitar , acenderam as luzes bem fracas depois de um tempo foram la e acenderam a mais iluminada. Por ser um hotel padrão (bourbon) esta muito abaixo , decepcionante , pois ja tivemos experiências em outro hotel bourbon e nao foi dessa forma , ainda bem que ficamos somente um dia, iriamos estender nossa estadia , mas desistirmos no primeiro dia!!! Cafe da manha poucas opções e nao faziam reposições dos alimentos, gelo a moça ao lado teve que solicitar .

É um hotel muito bom, limpou, confortável, cores clean e moderna. Achei apertado o primeiro quarto oferecido porque tinha um sofá-cama no quarto, provavelmente para casal com filho, e no meu caso, que estava a trablho, precisa mais de mesa de trabalho do que sofá-cama conjugado. Prontamente me trocaram de quarto e pude trabalhar sem problemas. TV é muito boa, muitos canais para distrair rs, chuveiro maravilhoso. Único ponto de dica para quem vai é quem tem um belo PEDÁGIO já saindo do hotel. Saiu paga PEDÁGIO, voltou para o hotel paga denovo e não sai barato. $ 40,00 ida/volta para o ano ago/2024. Demais disso só elogios
