Hotel bem antigo porém em uma ótima localização onde pude ir apé no posto próximo que tinha padaria e farmácia, os quartos era bem limpos e tudo atendeu muito bem.. café da manhã estava ótimo e não tenho nada a reclamar.

Péssimo atendimento
Começa pela total falta de comprometimento com o cliente. Fiz a reserva um dia antes. Chegando no hotel "cansado" achei tudo que meio estranho. Fui informado de que não haveria luz. Depois fiquei sabendo que o corte da energia teria já sido programada ( a pergunta é: Porquê aceitaram a reserva? ) enfim.... Me colocaram em um hotel da mesma rede terrível. Atendimento péssimo, acomodação em geral muito ruim. Café da manhã sem a mínima condição. Agora quero saber como ficará a diferença de valores. Pois paguei um valor muito acima do valor praticado pelo segundo hotel ( Park Tower).
