Todo o período da minha hospedagem foi muito boa, desde a recepção qdo cheguei, fui muito bem atendida, cordialmente a funcionaria corrigiu um erro meu, que passou despercebido e foi contornado, desde as instalações, limpas, espaçosas, organizadas, tudo funcionando perfeitamente até o café da manhã bem variado e servido. Não tenho nada a pontuar negativamente, além de estar bem localizado e com um excelente custo benefício. Com certeza se precisar voltar a Campinas voltarei a ficar no Malibu

O Hotel em si é bom, porém a recepcionista foi super mal educada pois ela mesmo não sabia como era feitas as reservas pelo Hotels.com e nos disse que só tinha a reserva de um quarto, e não dois. Depois de ser bem grosseira, ela encontrou. Outro ponto é que como fomos a um show e chegamos já era de manhã, as pessoas que faziam o serviço para arrumar os quartos falavam extremamente alto, todos os meus amigos acordaram mesmo em quartos diferentes

Experiencia positiva, com apenas um item a ser levado em consideração, os travesseiros apesar de macios extremamente altos causando desconforte severo durante a noite, entendo que possa ser uma questão de preferencia. Aqui fica minha sugestão de havera segunda opção analoga a ofertada dentro do quarto. do mais, bom café da manhã, um alerta a hotels.com o estacionamento não esta incluso quando a reserva é feita pelo site, porem aviso afirmam que se realizados no site do hotel este é cortesia.
