Me hospedei no hotel Malibu Inn por 5 dias com a minha avó que sofre de esquizofrenia. A equipe foi excepcionalmente incrível, prestando todo o apoio e com toda a paciência e carinho do mundo! Não poderia pedir uma qualidade de serviço melhor, desde as camareiras, pessoal da limpeza, até os maravilhosos funcionários do restaurante e recepção. Recomendo 1000%, quartos ótimos e super limpos e comida perfeita. Muito obrigada a todos!

O hotel é bem simples, com custo-benefício bom! O colchão do nosso quarto estava um pouco afundado do uso, mas os lençóis e toalhas são OK.O chuveiro é bom, com água em abundância e quente! O café da manhã, era simples e gostoso, porém com pouca reposição. Chegamos por volta das 9:30 para tomar café, e os pratos quentes não foram repostos nenhuma vez. De madrugada, escutamos um barulho de motor alto e constante, como estávamos no último andar, não sei se era a bomba da caixa água... mas era bem alto!

De um modo geral, excelente lugar e acomodações. Tudo limpo no apartamento e equipamentos funcionando adequadamente. Café da manha também muito bom. Minha insatisfação foi com atendimento da recepção. Como trabalho com gestão de pessoas, acredito que deveria ser um atendimento mais gentil e alegre. Nenhum funcionário faltou com respeito ou foi mal educado, mas acredito que chegar num ambiente e ser tratado com "sorriso no rosto" e proximidade faz muita diferença.

Boa porém atendimento da camareira pessimo
Ela foi boa, boa localização, atendimento da recepção ótimo e bom café da manhã. Limpeza boa, o que pecou foi o atendimento pessimo da camareira. O hotel da arrumação até as 16:00, ela bateu na porta do quarto as 14:15 perguntando se eu queria arrumação. Eu disse que sim, e ela queria q eu saísse do quarto pra arrumar naquele momento. Meu noivo passando mal, pedi para ela aguardar pois sairíamos as 15:00 e ela disse que não poderia esperar porque estava indo embora. Pois o gerente deixava ir embora mais cedo quando terminasse o trabalho. Oi?! Eu entendo que pode sair mais cedo, mas eu pedi arrumação, paguei por isso, ainda era 14:25. O quarto do outro casal de amigos nem arrumado foi, ela simplesmente foi embora.

Bom Hotel, com boa localização
O Hotel tem uma localização muito boa, o quarto em que fiquei é amplo, o hotel tem um restaurante bom. O café da manhã está na média. O que não foi bom, a cama tem um colchão muito mole e disforme. O controle remoto da televisão não estava funcionando corretamente.
