Colle Ridente is an ancient country house, once used for hunting and leisure, dating back to the early 1800s. Inside you can still breathe the air of the ancient nobility of which the rooms were pervaded. The restoration has been careful to preserve the volumes and the architectural spirit, characteristics are the seven rooms each with its own style and personality characterized by their own name and their particular furniture, for each room there are stories and anecdotes fun, but all united by the attention and care with which they have been furnished with particular attention to the beauty of the rooms and the comfort of the guests. Colle ridente is able to offer a holiday experience in search of contact and harmony with nature through the knowledge of the beautiful rural villages, woods, gorges and caves of which this area is full. Connected to the main Villa, crossing a small courtyard, is the Court where the caretaker resides, a discreet person available for any requests and needs of the guests.
The Emma Villas Customer Service manager, KRISTINA ALEKSANDROVA, will be at your disposal for any urgency or need during your stay. All telephone numbers will be provided with the sending of the travel documentation.

Interior:
The main entrance is on the ground floor consisting of a hall from which on one side on the left there is access to a large living area, a cloister with arched windows and the consecrated church that can be opened only on request, a large dining area connected to the kitchen with fireplace and anti kitchen, at the service of which we have a guest bathroom. Across the hall you enter the sitting room with TV connected to a study and two guest bathrooms. Adjacent to the sitting room there is a staircase that leads to the basement where the woodshed is located. An internal staircase located in the main entrance leads to the first floor consisting of six double bedrooms (two with divisible beds) and a single bedroom which all have an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept park of about 5000 square meters. in absolute harmony with the naturalness of the surrounding area. Part is intended for lawn and garden with rosemary, rosemary, cherry laurel and various flower beds and part for orchards and various tree planting in which we find holm oaks, maritime pines, cypresses, pinus-pinea, oaks, elms and maples, some of very considerable size . The entrance from the gate opens to the long cypress-lined avenue that leads directly to the parking area of ​​the house. The extraordinary exposure and the countless variety of native tall trees allow for numerous natural shade areas. All distributed with scenographic wisdom, in a magnificent panoramic position with a view that sweeps pleasantly over the surrounding countryside. The park, apparently without borders, it is organized on several levels with paths that allow you to reach the garden in every corner. In a brick paved area on the side of the living room, there is the outdoor table for dining outdoors, sharing pleasant moments with friends.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Pool:
The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and is located about 50 m from the villa. It is located in a lower position, lateral to the house and can be reached via a staircase consisting of 24 steps. It is rectangular in shape. It has access to the water via a Roman staircase, it measures 12 x 6 m and has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 m. The internal lining is in PVC and is equipped with external lighting. The outer edge of the pool is made of clinker and the purification is chlorine. The solarium area is partly in stone and partly in a lawn furnished with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrella, and is equipped with a changing room a few meters from it.

Wunderbare Zeit bei perfekten Gastgebern!
Das sehr große Haus liegt wunderschön abseits von Camerino in einem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Für uns war die Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und kleine „Probleme“ wurden extrem schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Insgesamt haben wir (12 Personen mit einem Hund) die Tage dort sehr genossen!
