I would highly recommend this for several couples looking to stay at one location. We had 4 couples, 1 single, and 2 dogs, and everyone was able to have their own room. It rained the first day, so the puzzles and games provided came in handy. Plenty to do with the ping pong table and a massive kitchen ideal for cooking group dinners. The property was far from other houses, so we didn't have to worry about bothering others. It was also very easy to get to. Not too steep there, back, or on the property. We brought our Sweetwater tritoon and were able to maneuver the driveway with no issues. I would recommend using the Larry R Gale boat ramp about 20 minutes away from the property. Much more width and deeper than the boat ramps closer to the property, and it's public. The property is on the very south end of the lake, so it is shallow. 4ft in some spots and a few logs sticking up, but 7-8 ft mostly. You just have to be careful and go slow with the motor trimmed up the last mile or so. Very doable. Because it is pretty far south, the busier part of the lake (such as party cove) is about a 2-2.5hr boat ride away. But there are other coves, bridal cave, and other attractions and gas stations close. Great stay for the price!
