This jewel of a house is undoubtedly the perfect enclave to rest and have both Seville and the entire Aljarafe region at hand. Its 2 kilometers that separate this beautiful town from Seville are enough to be isolated from the hustle and bustle and stress, being able to disconnect from the fervor of the city but at the same time enjoy it. We also recommend that you let yourself be surprised by the Aljarafe countryside and the northern mountains of Seville.

The house has everything you could wish for. It is beautiful, elegantly decorated with taste and with all its equipment of very high quality, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one of them with 4 single beds and the other with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed. All have a wooden parquet-style ceramic floor. It has 2 full bathrooms. It has a very spacious kitchen equipped with everything you may need and a very large solarium on the terrace prepared with terrace furniture. The whole house is perfectly conditioned so it will be protected from the cold in the winter months and from the heat in the summer. Its construction with large walls protects both from heat and cold as well as being fully heated.



It has high-speed Wi-Fi and space to work.
