We offer this charming 135 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool and mountain views for rent in Calvi, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 500 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises :
- A 45 m² living room with sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Living room with double sofa bed, TV, decorative fireplace
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- An unheated shared swimming pool (8x4), open from late April to late October (opening dates non-contractual). It is secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence with a lockable gate.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities. During your stay in Lumio, you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunny weather to visit its various beaches and enjoy some quiet time, or try your hand at one of the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. If you're keen to discover new things, explore the surrounding area and discover its wonders: the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will appeal to you.

Trop cher pour cet appartement
Le prix payé ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations attendues ! En plus des 2400 € de location, il a aussi fallu rajouter 150€ pour les draps ! Un total de 2550 € pour un appartement de petit standing localisé sous le décollage des avions. Les photos sur le site embellissent la réalité. Le seul atout de cette villa est la proximité de jolies plages. Des fils électriques sortent nus dans la cuisine et le jardin, la cuisine est trop petite avec des meubles cassés, des portes avec des clous apparents, le carreau de fenêtre de chambre est fendu pouvant tomber à tout instant, le canapé est très abimé… L’agence qui loue cette villa prélève une caution de 500 € avant le séjour alors qu’aucun état des lieux n’est effectué. • L’appartement est prévu pour 8/10. Il ne dispose que d’une seule table pour manger pour 6, sans rallonge et seulement 6 chaises. La salle de bain est minuscule. Bien que 2 chambres disposent d’une petite douche privée, la salle de bain est utilisée par au moins 6 personnes, la moindre douche transforme la salle de bain en piscine même en faisant attention. • Le wifi (sensé être gratuit) n’était pas accessible…il fallait le payer en plus. • En cours de semaine les propriétaires sont venus garer 2 voitures à l’ombre juste devant notre terrasse, seules places facilement accessibles et à l’ombre. • Les extérieurs de la maison ne sont pas entretenus et dangereux : bouts de verre, bloc de prises dénudé ...

Erstes Mal auf der Trauminsel
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausreichend für uns 3 Personen mit Hund anstelle 10 Personen. Am Anfang haben wir die "deutsche" Hygiene und Sauberkeit hier und da vermisst, aber wir haben uns arrangiert.
