Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 50 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.
The Space:
Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location (dead end) with breathtaking sea views and private pool.
There is a living room (with air conditioning ) and exit to a large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach, 1 kitchen (with a small dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (with fans), 1 bathroom.
The house is on a hillside - you go up a few steps to the barbecue area and the pool terrace.
Internet is available for tenants.
The house can be heated in winter by the air conditioning.
Getting Around:
There is a good restaurant and tennis courts within walking distance, and a small rocky beach can also be reached on foot.

Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
