"The location was great for our itinerary. The outside pool area was nice. The inside however was very bare bones. The 3 beds that are described as “ king” were 2 foam single bed mattresses on 2 platforms pushed together. There was one single throw like sheet for a cover. You get 2 bath sheets per person , no hand towels or wash cloths. No microwave, 1 roll of toilet paper each bathroom , 1 garbage bag per day you are there , 1 roll of bad quality paper towels. There were ants in some of the rooms. The krups coffee machine was filthy and took us 30 minutes to clean to make it useful. I think the owner could improve the inside amenities with very little effort or money. Obviously they don’t care to "

"The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay. Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which meant constant mopping/hoovering. Emptying bins daily is a bit of a phaff but ok once you get used to it."

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."
