Magnolia House 42 in historic center free parking

Recently restored townhouse situated in the historic centre with air conditioner and direct street access. The property is accessible via car with short term parking, and there is a free public car park located within a few metres. The house is spread over levels. Ground floor: features a living area with fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dining table, refrigerator, sink, television and a sofa bed (sleeps 2). First floor: bathroom (WC with integrated bidet, shower and vanity) and main bedroom with balcony.
Self check-in: home's access will take place independently by entering a numeric code on the keyboard located to the left of the entrance.

My wife is architect and she have recently restored this delightful home, while trying to carefully maintain its original characteristics (internal brickwork, oven, glazed tiles) and making it comfortable and inviting.

A few days before check in we will send you a digital guide, which we have personally created with a list of restaurants and activities to do in calitri and surrounding areas. The same guide is also present in the house. You will be able to visit the historic centre which is walking distance from the house, particularly Borgo Castello di Calitri (Castle of Calitri). Also within close proximity to the house: a bakery, a supermarket and two of Calitri's most interesting restaurants: La Gatta di Cenerentola and La Locanda dell'Arco.
Free public parking: Francesco De Sanctis street n. 200. On thursday morning, parking area (Francesco De Sanctis street) is occuped by weekly open market. I advise you to park your car in Alfonso de Carlo street n. 15 or Guseppe Tozzoli street on wednesday night.

Loved this place!
We were looking for an out of the way quiet apartment to base a month trip to Italy. I had heard about Calitri from a House Hunters International show on HGTV. The people of the town were lovey....friendly and welcoming to us. I orginally was not going to have a car but I think it would have been very difficult to be in this town with a car to explore surrounding areas. Host was super quick to respond with questions we had. All in all a great month!

A beautiful stay in a quaint little place, perfect location, close to the local bakery for breakfast and snacks, an easy walk to town, shops, restaurants, and the castle, great views of the hillside. A very clean property, the hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. This property has everything you need and want. We highly recommend it and will be back.
