The room is really clean and updated, they could use some wine glasses and larger coffee mugs because the coffee maker fills it up more than the mug has room for. The bathroom, quite a small space for being a two bedroom. I don’t know how you put another bathroom in there, but would be nice or even a bigger bathroom. Very clean. Nice staff.

this property is dated but cost effective for access to downtown calgary no dining on site close to 2 steakhouses which are very good no breakfast close by parking is ground level with tight stalls especially with a truck walking to core mall about 5 blocks

Overall the hotel is fine. The rooms were generally clean, however some areas were not (baseboards dusty, walls and lamps stained). Very spacious rooms. The rooms are non-smoking, however there was a stale smell of smoke in the rooms. The elevator was very slow and the doors shut button did not work. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

When I booked, I wasnt aware of how busy the area is. However, as it was right downtown, it was convenient to get to pretty much anywhere. Our room was great - suite with a small kitchen. The only issue with the kitchen was that the fridge opened the wrong way, which made it very awkward. The cushions in the lobby could use a refresher. They're very stained and looked dirty. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Id like to give Mark a special shout out. Even though we paid a little extra for an early check-in, we were still too early. But Mark worked some magic to accommodate us. Thanks Mark.
