One night stay, 3 adults, in Calgary to visit local attractions. Pros - loved the Lazy-Boy type chair in the room. So much better than watching TV from bed. Kitchen well-stocked for basic cooking. Not a huge variety for breakfast but well-stocked and the lady working in the area was very friendly and cheerful. Cons - the beds were not terribly comfortable, need updating. Hair on the bathroom floor not ours - yuck:( Not very soundproof but carpet was being replaced in the hall so that might improve once carpet is down to absorb sound. Overall, would consider staying again.

Clean facility, clean & large suites, pet friendly without restrictions on size of dog (I have 2 Great Danes). Rooms are good price and staff were quite friendly. Did not like the location but everything else positively outweighed that issue.

Stayed here for one night before having to drive out to Waterton, staff was friendly & the room was clean. My only minor complaint was that they started mowing the lawn right outside my window at 8am which was very loud. Otherwise had a great short stay.

There are hardly any sidewalks and big ditches you have to cross to get between the row parking. Also the free breakfast was terrible everyday. They were also doing the replacement of the carpet on numerous floors but there was no discount offered for the hotel to be like this. They also had it stacked in the front lobby near the seating areas so it kind of was an inconvenience being all stacked in the lobby??? The staff was great but another complaint is only having the one elevator so you wait a long time every time you need it…

There were floor renovations going on - which was understandable for the certain adjustments that were still required in our room 210. But the suite was very nice and spacious. Love the new flooring in the room. Lacked a few amenities Was an easy check in. Breakfast was quite sufficient and ample of choices. Paraffin were very friendly.

New or under construction no rug in hall way yet. elevator very slow, had too wait 2 times because was full. And did not have soap for shower and no shower cap all hotels have. No ice machine on the floor.

Staff are ok and helpful. We have to switch rooms because the first room although it was spotless clean, has that spicy smell that lingers and clings to your clothes and even in the beddings. The mattress was firm but noisy due to sping coils. Vanity light in the washroom was out. Toilet and tub needs replacement as it shows signs of wear and stains. we didnt bother calling for it coz we dont want to be moved again to another room. The hallways were under renovation, they are replacing the carpet flooring. Breakfast was all carbs and theres just cold boiled egg in the selection and the rest are bread bagel cereal and some fruits. Maybe management should finish the reno before accepting guests. And maybe managent should look into the breakfast menu and the smell of each rooms not just the cleanliness. We stayed for 2 nights this time and it was our 3rd time in this facility in calgary. Hopefully next time it gets better.

Hotel was under renovations, this was not mentioned in the ad. I would have stayed elsewhere. Lobby was filled with rolls of carpet, no carpet in the hallway.
