Excellent customer service from every employee we encountered. Our AC was not working properly and couldn’t cool the room down past 75, despite asking for someone to come fix it twice. I know someone probably came to take a look, but the issue wasn’t resolved. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Incredibly noisy inside the King “Luxury” room. We could hear everything happening the room beside us and then the room’s heating and cooling would click on and off with a tremendous noise all night long. Walls seemed paper thin. Could hear conversations through the wall.

Overall a great stay but the water temperature in the rooms was very wonky. There would be points where only hot water would come out of the taps

The room design was unique but outside hallways needed cleaning. Artwork around the hotel was beautiful. Front desk staff was not customer-friendly. When we were ready to checkout, no one was up at the front desk. Another employee just stood there and watched us, not bothering to go get anyone. Another couple came up after us. We had to wait several minutes to be helped. Didn't bother to tell us about Happy Hour and other amenities of the hotel.

Staff was exceptional. The pool is designated for guests but they also allow public in so it was over crowded. By the time my mom and I wanted to enjoy it, it was closed. The art is beautiful, as is the staff. They made us feel cared for and welcime There were too many wedding parties over the weekend so we were kept up most of the night with noise. We would consider staying again but only during the off season. We just couldn't enjoy the pool area.
