It's 2 in the morning. A happy man picks you up at the airport and brings us too Hotel 11. All of our check-in paperwork is ready and waiting. The receptionist is smiling and courteous. The room is very clean! I can't ask for anything more. That is why i choose to stay at Hotel 11.

Check in was horrible. The front desk gal was very rude and basically offered no additional help and turned us away when trying to check in with my visa debit. Zero care, empathy or resolve. Watched me walk out and look for another hotel.
