The staff was friendly,had answer. The breakfast had fruit,yogurt,cereal,bread,muffins. Also eggs,sausage, pancakes,potatoes for the hot section. Lobby was bright,hallway clean and parking lot was great for trucks to maneuver in.

Clean hotel but wasn’t aware we had to pay $150 extra for a damage deposit, I was ok paying it as I thought I’d get it back right away but instead of giving me a refund when we checked out, they said it takes about 3-5 business days for it to return to my account. If I had of known that I wouldn’t have booked there. Never had to pay a deposit before and never had to wait for a refund. I could barely afford the hotel but wanted to treat my friend to a nice hotel. Also the hot tub was warm not hot and the jets were sad. The hot tub was also so gross, you could see nasty skin particles floating around.

We stay at a lot of Holiday Inn’s and they are always consistently good, however last evening we were disappointed by no hot water, lukewarm perhaps, certainly by no means hot. A burnt out night light by one side of the bed and only one facecloth. These are not big items, however things like this are not something I ever found at any other Holiday Inn.
