This is my second time staying with this hotel and I was very disappointed to find that my bed was wet from the night before. I am not sure if someone peed / or other fluids. While I was given another room I was Not offered an apology or anything for this huge mistake. I am grossed out that I could have laid in that.

Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Really nice. Hubby not impressed with breakfast. Coffee not very good. I am fine with PB on toast so I don't care about the rest. I thought food was ok.

Staff in restaurant very friendly. At counter did not acknowledge we were there. I know she was busy filling out forms but just to look up and smile for acknowledgment would be so nice.
