I know I shouldn’t expect too much with a place where the room is $120. But I would expect cleanliness. The bathroom had something yellow and mushy on the ceiling and it’s a low ceiling so very obvious. And there were tiny hairs in the bathtub. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a constant ringing that went on.

absolutely terrible. disgusting rooms with a nasty smell. we sucked it up for one night since we just needed a place to sleep and didn’t want the hassle of switching hotels. after we checked out they had the audacity to charge me for “destroying their towels” when i washed my face, and apparently i washed my face with a bath matt as well. customer service for this location was awful. not sure how they’ve even received their two stars. gross. maybe if they’re so concerned with cleanliness they should clean the slime off the tub and pubic hair off the bathroom floor.

Our room was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities however are run down especially in the common areas. they either need a really good deep clean of the carpets etc., at a minimum, or a renovation to update the space. The elevator was not working which isn't the end of the world but then the stairs had to be used and there were piles/bins of laundry from the cleaning staff that are visible at all hours on some of the landings. The parking is quite limited and very cramped. It takes a lot of maneuvering to get in and out of many of the spots. The areas felt a little unsafe as it is really close to a public transit station and some people were loitering and roaming about at night. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Somewhat lacking and plain but then again it is complimentary. Again nothing wrong with the staff and the job they do but the facilities are in dire need of a deeper clean and/or a renovation.
