This was one of my best hotel stays. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions and even made a few suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of but made our trip so much better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying there again in the future. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff were so friendly. Anyone would be happy to stay here.

The whole hotel smells fantastic. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. The location is great for walking into central Calgary. We’d definitely stay here again.

Staff, was wonderdil very helfpul. But whoever cleaned our room, very horrible job. Crumbs left all over the floor, couch pillow werent put back in place, table wasnt wiped. Bed was made up poorly. We walked back into our room and actually thought it wasnt done. But it was. The bathroom was cleaned.

Hotel was amazing do not book with Expedia though. They do not have the correct images for the rooms up and I was not booked in the room I thought I had booked over 3 months ago. As I needed the space in the room to hist a business meeting.. the hotel staff were great but the room I did need was unfortunately booked for a wedding.

House keeping wasn't good, Towels were ok condition, they smelled weird. Room didn't have safe box I had to carry my passport everywhere, and didn't have microwave. But overall was safe and good location
