The hotel is abit more modern. The hotel receptionist was excellent informing me about the morning breakfast and call my room number to make sure everything was alright when I got in, it was. I like how the room temperature was perfect I did not have to fiddle around with the thermostat or airconditioner. Transit was very close very convenient. Overall had nothing negative to say. It was all positive

I have to say your night clerk was very ignorant to my wife I'm working out of town and she needed a hotel room I booked though Expedia and called the front desk 8 times with no awnser finally had to call to pretend to make a new reservation to finally talk to someone and upon talking with them to give them my credit card over the phone for the deposit all I got from the clerk was well we can't change anything and contact Expedia
all I was calling about was to put the deposit down
then the clerk hung up on me
I once again called the front desk this being the 10th time calling and who ever awnsered the phone was quick and abrupt stating all she needs is a 100 dollar deposit and then hung up on me again
upon arrival my wife went into check in and the clerk looked super annoyed and treated her with utter disrespect and told her that will be a 100 dollars on a credit card which she doesn't have with her then continued to give her attitude because she didn't have one she asked if she could leave a 250 dollar cash deposit which he finally accepted but the whole situation is and was uncalled for I'm am writing you this in hopes that this doesn't happen to other customers
firstly someone should be awnsering the phones
Secondly the clerk should listen to the customer
and finally not treat people with utter disrespect
There was no water at all when I checked in and then NO HOT WATER in the morning. I was staying for work and wasn’t even able to shower in the morning ahead of business meetings I had.
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great. Only inconvenience was that water was turned off during the day for repair. Which was no fault of the hotel. Hotel was close to the Foothills Hospital
They have a great breakfast. Room was spacious and liveable. My only complaint was that the room was cool. I tried to adjust the temperature but not successful.
The most important thing to me is cleanliness and a comfortable bed. I slept amazing all 5 nights, which is a testament to the comfort of the beds as I have major back issues and struggle with most beds. The hotel is kept clean as well.
One thing that was a little sketchy is tye elevators, each day they alternated the "out of service " sign between the 2 elevators and they both sound like they are in need of major service. Getting stuck in an elevator is not an adventure I would enjoy. :-)
The staff were all wonderful; friendly and helpful.
I stayed for 3 nights. It is exactly what you would expect for the money. Breakfast was fine but closed exactly at 930. I would be nice if it was a bit longer. Beds comfy, room clean and enough coffee and tea. We did not have the room cleaned while we stayed. So not sure of that but girl was friendly in the hallway. Pool slide and hottub were fine .

Had a great stay that was affordable and overall super great. They even upgraded our room to a suite for free! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were quite clean and had no odour which is important to me. Due to the big snow storm there was a lot of snow around the property, but they had it cleaned up right away making it way easier to drive into the parking lot. Will be a good choice to stay in the future!
